About vendor refund. Return process has been completed Mail from vendor.
In case there is a fault in a vendor side, we will refund you according to your payment method. (Except For Telegraphic Transfer)
Please check the email that the vendor sent to you on the vendor’s refund day.
The email’s title is “<SD>Return process has been completed(Vendor name)”.
The refund price would be returned to your credit card / PayPal automatically.
Since the bank may take some time to handle the refund, you can contact your credit card company / PayPal for more details.
*If the return process is completed by the vendor after shipping, the billing amount (Product price and the shipping handling fee) will be charged once.
After that, the above amount will be refunded by the vendor with the same payment method.
*About the stauts of Order History page
・Refunded by The Vendor
Displayed when all products have been refunded.
Example: Order SD Item Code *******S1 x 10 pieces → Order SD Item Code *******S1 x 10 pieces has been refunded.
・Partially Refunded by The Vendor
Displayed when partially products have been refunded.
Example: Order SD Item Code *******S1 x 10 pieces → SD Item Code *******S1 x 5 pieces has been refunded, and 5 pieces have been exported.
